Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community & gathering details from council/housing association tenants. This position is ideal for those who possess strong communication skills, possess emphaty a friendly disposition. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as your language skills will enhance our outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to obtain council/association tenants details with disrepair issues
- Engage with community members in a friendly and professional
- Provide information about our offerings and answer any questions from potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies
Qualifications
- Strong marketing knowledge or experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills verbally
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships
- Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
