SRC Fire Safety LTD offer design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of sprinkler systems, dry and wet risers, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire detection and alarm systems, security detection and alarm systems, door access control systems, and CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities
Making and taking calls from clients, engineers, and sub-contractors in relation to all aspects of planned, reactive and quoted works.
Maintain and ensure company processes and systems are being utilised in line with ISO 9001
Planning and co-ordinating PPM visits and maintaining the status of tasks utilising our business management system.
Updating clients on status of tasks.
Daily/Weekly programming of planned reactive and quoted jobs.
Ensuring that maintenance, repairs and quoted works are done within KPIs and SLAs
Key Requirements
Attention to detail.
Effective communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Good level of punctuality.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
