Mamba Marketing is expanding, and we're incredibly excited to be launching our new London location.
As part of this next stage of growth, we're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join us and become part of the team from the very beginning.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves paid social, understands how to scale brands and wants to join an ambitious, fast-growing agency at an exciting point in its journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, including eCommerce and lead generation brands, with responsibility for driving performance and growth through Meta.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Managing and scaling Meta campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
- Building strategies around ROAS, CPA, CPL and overall client growth
- Identifying opportunities to increase spend and performance
- Testing audiences, campaign structures, offers and funnels
- Working closely with our in-house creative team on new ad concepts
- Analysing creative performance and recommending what we test next
- Managing budgets and making confident scaling decisions
- Keeping ahead of Meta updates, trends and new opportunities
- Taking real ownership of your accounts and their results
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who really knows Meta Ads not someone who has simply boosted posts or occasionally managed campaigns.
Ideally, you'll have:
- 2+ years' hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience managing meaningful monthly advertising budgets
- A proven track record of improving and scaling campaign performance
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- eCommerce and/or lead generation experience
- A strong understanding of creative testing
- Confidence analysing data and making decisions from it
- A proactive, commercial and results-driven mindset
Agency experience is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our new London location and is not a remote position.
