We are on the hunt for a creative and hard working individual who demonstrates good communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and works well under pressure. You must have strong time keeping skills, be willing to work collaboratively and have good problem solving skills.
Chef Responsibilities;
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Making fresh bagel doughs daily.
- Help with the smooth running of a fast paced kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs and bakers.
- Maintain a high standard of food preparation techniques.
- Working to a high standard and keeping the workspaces clean, and in line with hygiene and safety guidances.
- Deep cleaning of the kitchen regularly.
- Staying on top of ordering stock and stock rotation.
An up to date hygiene certificate is favoured but not essential. Training can be provided.

We are open Thursday to Monday 7.30am-4pm, weekend work will be required.
