Project Administrator

Working for a large retail organisation, who are continuing to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Project Administrator to join their team. The role requires 2 days a month on site in their Birmingham office.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced MS Office skills to create, modify, and manage project documentation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc).
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth project workflow.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation systems.
- Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ideally, experience working in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
