Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Toilet Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities. This role involves ensuring the restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a strong sense of responsibility to uphold high standards of sanitation and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Regularly clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, floors, and other fixtures to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and soap to ensure availability at all times.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the facilities throughout the shift and promptly address any issues.
- Ensure only one person is entering a cubicle at a time
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Greet visitors courteously and assist with any enquiries related to the facilities if required.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
Skills
- Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with visitors and team members.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confident in dealing with drunk people - this is a nightclub environment
Pay: £13.00 per hour
