Zen Educate are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in Launceston, Cornwall. Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part time, full time, short-term ,and long-term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn £93 a day minimum.
Essential SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- Have experience working with children with SEN on 1:1 basis or in classes
- Preferred training or experience in Makaton, PECS, or be Team Teach trained
- Be passionate about working with SEN children
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be committed to work full-time
