We are looking for a Returns Administrator to join our Returns team and help deliver an efficient, customer-focused returns experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Returns Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer returns and refunds whilst also supporting customers directly with returns-related enquiries. You will work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Product Design and Ecommerce teams to ensure returns are processed accurately and efficiently and reporting any issues effectively to the necessary teams.
The returns journey is a key part of the overall brand customer experience, building retention and loyalty when delivered correctly. This role will play an important part in helping customers feel supported throughout their journey with us.
- Processing customer returns accurately and efficiently through internal systems.
- Reviewing returned products and updating return outcomes in line with company processes and policies.
- Supporting customers with returns and refund enquiries across email, phone and customer service systems.
- Helping resolve customer issues relating to returns, exchanges, refunds and order discrepancies.
- Ensuring customer communication is as effective as possible and customers are kept updated throughout the returns journey.
- Working closely with Warehouse teams to ensure returned orders move through
- Escalating issues or exceptions to the Returns Supervisor where required.
- Monitoring incoming returns and helping prioritise workloads to support service levels.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer information and return data are updated correctly.
- Identifying opportunities to improve returns processes and customer experience.
- Supporting the wider team in delivering fast, professional and customer-focused service.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our East Wellow office near Romsey.
