About the Role
We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to join a modern, well-equipped, forward-thinking practice with a strong and growing patient base. You’ll be supported by experienced nurses, treatment coordinators and a front-of-house team who keep your books full and your day running smoothly - so you can focus on dentistry.
There’s genuine scope to develop: our clinicians work across implants, Same-Day Teeth, Invisalign, cosmetic and advanced restorative dentistry, with mentoring available for dentists who want to grow their skills in these areas.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry to an established patient list
- Diagnose, treatment-plan and communicate options clearly and ethically
- Work alongside our TCOs to help patients access the treatment that’s right for them Maintain excellent, contemporaneous clinical records
- Uphold cross-infection control, CQC and GDC standards at all times
- Contribute to a positive, team-first clinical culture
What We’re Looking For
- GDC-registered dentist with an active performer number (for NHS work, where applicable) Valid indemnity, DBS, and hep B immunisation
- Confident, caring communicator who puts patients at ease
- Ambitious - interested in growing into cosmetic, aligner or implant dentistry (mentoring available) Team player who works well with nurses, TCOs and front of houseWhat You’ll Get
