Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)
We're a growing pharmacy looking for a detail-oriented Accuracy Checking Technician to join our team. You'll carry out the final accuracy check on dispensed prescriptions — keeping patients safe while delivering the warm, trustworthy service that keeps them coming back.

What you'll do
- Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed medicines against prescriptions
- Catch and resolve errors or near misses before they reach the patient
- Check controlled drugs in line with legal requirements
- Deliver friendly, professional service at the counter and help promote pharmacy services where relevant
- Support and mentor junior team members as we grow
What you'll need
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
- Accredited Checking Technician qualification (or willing to work towards it)
- Dispensary experience and a sharp eye for detail
- A friendly, service-first attitude

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
