Clearway has joined Defluo Group UK, one of the largest drainage, plumbing, heating, and building services companies in the UK. We operate 24/7/365 nationwide, offering rapid-response emergency and planned drainage services throughout the UK.
We are looking for various experienced Drainage Operatives to join our team, including HGV Operators (Class 2), CCTV Investigation Teams, Reactive/Blockage Operatives, Lining Teams and Minor Civils Operatives. These positions are available in the Northwest, Yorkshire and North East regions. As a proven Operatives, you will be responsible for both pre-planned and reactive works. Your technical knowledge and hands-on skills will help us deliver a reliable service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.

- £35,000–£42,000 basic (42.5 hours/week) depending on experience and certification

Key Responsibilities
- Operate various equipment and vehicles to address a wide range of drainage issues, including emergency call-outs, blockages and routine maintenance
- Conduct investigation surveys, repairs, reinstatements and high-pressure water jetting
- Perform advanced no-dig repair solutions, including UV lining, patch repairs, ambient lining and resin applications.
- Perform general drainage works as required
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Drainage Operative
- Strong team and independent working skills
- Professional communication with clients and colleagues
- Flexible approach to overtime
- Appropriate full driving licence (preferably with no more than 3 points)
- Commitment to Health, Safety, and Quality standards
