We are looking for a friendly person who is willing to learn the day-to-day operations of our reception and back office.You would be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer experiences. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently. - Handle guest and owner inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide information about the park’s amenities and local attractions. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. In the Office you will be trained to assist with general office duties, filing, and inputting data. Proficient in using computer systems and software would be an advantage but not essential. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, assisting with collaborating Park information to be updated on Social Media sites.
Manages company social media channels, including Facebook.
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content with Canva.
- Manages social media communications.
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits
- Using Canva and Hootsuite
Experience in Social Media would be an advantage or someone who is interested in social media and is willing to learn.
