For the right person, we are also happy to invest in your development and put you through your MOT Tester training and qualification if that's something you'd like to add to your skill set.

MOT training and qualification available for the right technician
We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our workshop team.
Your day-to-day work will include servicing, maintenance, mechanical repairs and diagnostics across a range of vehicles.
If you are already an MOT Tester, that's a bonus — but it is absolutely not essential.
We are equally happy to hear from an experienced Vehicle Technician who is looking for a straightforward technician role.
If you'd like to become an MOT Tester, we'll support the right person through the necessary training and qualification.

MOT Tester? Great.
Experienced Technician but not MOT qualified? Also great.

You'll be joining a close-knit team, working in a stable and friendly environment where your experience and workmanship are genuinely valued.
And unlike many workshop roles, you'll have:
No weekends.
No Sunday shifts.
No late-night working.
Just Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, giving you your evenings and weekends back.
You'll also receive a £40,000 basic salary plus bonus, with the opportunity to develop your career further if you want to become an MOT Tester.
