Part time administrative assistant

What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a confident, approachable and friendly assistant to join our administration team.
The successful candidate’s duties will include:
- Greeting visitors to the facility and offering help immediately
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as necessary
- New client liaison assistant:
- Updating the client database and maintaining records
- Chasing outstanding information
- Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs
- Making sure filing deadlines are met
Skills & Personal Qualities required:
· Previous experience working in an office / professional environment would be preferable
· Good communication and people skills
· Confident

· Trustworthy
· Friendly
· Reliable
21 hours per week
Occasional overtime to be included
