Pembrook Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established and successful automotive dealership in Eastbourne.

The role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, making sure every customer receives a professional and straightforward experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Understanding customer requirements and advising on necessary work
- Providing accurate estimates and keeping customers updated
- Liaising closely with Technicians and the workshop team
- Discussing additional work and explaining technical information clearly
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
- Delivering excellent customer service from start to finish
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive environment
- Confident communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Commercially aware and comfortable discussing additional work
- A strong team player
- Professional, positive and customer-focused
Experience within a franchised dealership would be advantageous, but we're open to speaking with strong automotive candidates from other backgrounds.
