The Coconut Tree is seeking a team members who are able to work across both the bar and Front of House. This role involves a combination of bar service and waiting duties.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs promptly.
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times.
- Contribute to a fun and relaxed island vibe that embodies our brand
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Enthusiasm for sharing Sri Lankan culture through hospitality.
