Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team at the Parkhaus development. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across internal and external communal areas.
You will be responsible for ensuring the site remains clean, hygienic, and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Areas:
- Vacuuming communal carpets
- Mopping hard floors
- Cleaning lifts (floors, walls, mirrors, stainless steel)
- Dusting skirting boards, ledges, and corners
- Sanitising touch points
- Cleaning doors and glass surfaces
Staircases & Landings:
- Sweeping and mopping all levels
- Cleaning handrails
- Removing cobwebs
Bin Stores & Waste Areas:
- Sweeping and sanitising floors
- Spill and waste area cleaning
- Odour control and hygiene maintenance
External Areas:
- Litter picking
- Sweeping entrances and paved areas
- Spot cleaning external stains
- Maintaining site presentation
Toilets (if applicable):
- WC and sink cleaning
- Mirror and floor cleaning
- Sanitising touch points
- Restocking consumables
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
