Hello! We are looking for an experienced manager to take the lead GM role at Nandine in Camberwell.
We are a family run business with a matriarch running the show serving her unique Kurdish food. With glowing reviews from the guardian and the evening standard, we are constantly on the move upwards! We are seeking an experienced general manager to lead our team at hand. You will be ensuring that the menu curated by our head chef is presented faultlessly to our clients, staff productivity is optimised and a smooth running of day to day operations.

What we are looking for:
- Have experience managing a restaurant (1+years)
- Capable in maintaining high health and safety standards
- Maintain high food safety standards
- Delegating efficiently with other staff members to maximise productivity
- Be able to lead a team of more than 12 employees efficiently
- Enjoys working in a fun and fast-paced restaurant
- Takes initiative and able to lead independently
- Able to find solutions to problems that arise
- Able to preemptively work positively to ensure smooth running of restaurant
- Have strong time management skills
- Dedicated team player and effective at completing tasks set by Directors
