Lyndon Systems Ltd is a specialist vehicle conversion company based in Doncaster, designing and installing bespoke vehicle systems for customers across the UK.
Lyndon Systems is looking for a dependable, energetic person to join our team. This is a dual-impact role where you’ll be the face of the company on the road and the backbone of our operations in the yard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- On the Road: Delivering and collecting materials safely and on time. You’ll ensure all loads are secure and paperwork is spot-on.
- In the Yard: Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift (or manual handling), organizing stock, and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace.
- Booking in new vehicles: Checking for any damage
- Customer Service: Acting as a professional representative of Lynden Systems when visiting client sites.
- Maintenance: Performing basic vehicle checks and ensuring equipment is stored correctly.
What We’re Looking For
- Driving Credentials: A valid, clean driving license (relevant category for the vehicle type) is essential.
- Yard Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment is a major plus.
- Forklift License: would be an advantage
- Reliability: You show up, work hard, and take pride in doing a job right the first time.
- Physical Fitness: You’re comfortable with manual handling and staying active throughout the day.
