The Regent Health Club & Spa is looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-focused Membership Sales Consultant to help grow one of the region's premium health clubs.
This job role would suit an experienced Membership Advisor , Sales Consultant, Membership Sales Executive, Fitness Sales Consultant, Health Club Sales Advisor or Business Development Executive looking for their next challenge.

The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in helping grow our membership base.
You'll:
- Convert enquiries into memberships
- Conduct club tours
- Build relationships with prospective members
- Promote memberships and additional services
- Work towards achievable sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Welcome members and visitors professionally
- Help create an outstanding customer experience
We're looking for someone who:
Loves talking to people and thrives on achieving targets. Has previous sales experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organised and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. A person who wants to maximise their earnings.
Previous experience in a health club, leisure, hospitality or membership sales environment would be advantageous but isn't essential for the right candidate.

Hours
40 hours per week across 5 shifts.
Shifts are between 6:00am and 10:00pm and include some weekend working.
