Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaners across different locations in England to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Assist with light cooking duties as needed to support clients’ daily routines or hospitality requirements
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stored safely and used efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to supervisors
- Support with additional janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and organizing spaces for optimal presentation
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable, especially within hotel or hospitality environments
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning services demonstrates reliability and attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, enabling you to assist with simple meal preparations when required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your time efficiently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning products and equipment
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
