Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with vehicle rentals, returns, and inquiries
- Process rental agreements accurately using our rental software
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and rental logs
- Provide clear information about vehicle features, maintenance needs, and rental policies
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of rental vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Organise paperwork, manage reservations, and coordinate vehicle availability to optimise fleet utilisation
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience or customer service background preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and data entry tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or willingness to learn maintenance procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a broad customer base
