Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate arrivals
- Engage with customers professionally, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to maintain a secure working environment
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure optimal condition and report any issues promptly
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules and any unforeseen delays
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently, including logs and customer receipts
- Uphold a positive attitude and represent the company’s values during every interaction
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (Class B Min 2 Years)
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety guidelines
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic knowledge of traffic laws and road safety practices
- Previous driving experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
