MIG / TIG Welder / Fabricator – Workshop Role (No Site Work)
We are a small, well-established conveyor manufacturer based in Telford, producing all equipment in-house from design through to fabrication and assembly.
We are looking for an experienced MIG and TIG welder/fabricator to join our workshop team.
The Role:
- MIG & TIG welding mild steel conveyor frames and components
- MIG & TIG welding stainless steel components (occasional work)
- Working from CAD and fabrication drawings
- Cutting, drilling, and preparing materials
- Fabricating and assembling finished conveyor sections
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in MIG, TIG welding and general fabrication
- Able to weld both mild steel and stainless steel using MIG & TIG Weldeing to high standard.
- Confident working from drawings with minimal supervision
- Consistent quality of work and good attention to detail
- Good work ethic and consistent attendance
Important:
- This is a factory-based role only – no site work
- The work is varied, not repetitive production line work
- We are a small team, so attitude and reliability are key

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £15.50-£16.50 per hour
