Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 – no weekend work
- Overtime available at time and a half during weekdays

- Opportunities to expand your skills in restoration, fiberglass repairs, and accident repair work
Duties:
- Preparing commercial vehicles, including buses, coaches, trucks, and vans, for painting and further bodywork
- Masking, filling, sanding, and carrying out fiberglass repairs as required
- Performing basic welding tasks to facilitate vehicle repairs
- Assisting with restoration and accident repair projects
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for painting or additional bodyshop processes
- Working closely with team members to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment with patience and meticulous attention to detail
Requirements:
- Proven experience in vehicle preparation within a bodyshop environment
- Skills in masking, filling, and sanding of vehicles
- Experience with fiberglass repairs preferred but not essential
- Basic welding skills advantageous
- Positive team attitude and good sense of humour
- Patient, meticulous, and capable of handling complex projects such as buses and vintage vehicles
- Previous experience with restoration or accident repair is desirable
- Willingness to learn and develop within a busy commercial vehicle bodyshop environment
