Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team for weekend evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. This role requires time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bear in mind that there is no public transport in the evening , own car or living within walking distance is essential.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
- Manage inventory of bar supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
