About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our players and visitors, helping to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Whether you're managing bookings, serving refreshments, supporting events, or ensuring our venue looks its best, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in players with a friendly, professional approach.
- Manage court bookings, memberships, and customer enquiries (experience with Playtomic is an advantage).
- Prepare and serve beverages while delivering excellent hospitality.
- Assist with tournaments, leagues, social sessions, and community events.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception, café/bar, and customer areas.
- Help create a fun, inclusive environment that keeps players coming back.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Passionate about padel, with a Playtomic rating of 1.0 or above preferred.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
- Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
- In possession of a valid driver's licence (access to a car is preferred).
