Black Gold Cafe is hiring for a Barista/Allrounder and keyholder to join our team!
Applicants must be 18+
Responsibilities:
~Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
~Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
~Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and cafe
~Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
~Assist with food preparation and ensure food safety guidelines are followed
~Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
~Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
~Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
~Basic maths skills for cash handling and inventory management
