The CAFM Officer plays a key role within the Estates and Commercial Services function, ensuring the effective implementation, use and development of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system.
The role holder will maintain accurate asset and maintenance data, support compliance with statutory requirements, and enable efficient planning and delivery of estates services.
They will act as the system expert, providing guidance and training to colleagues, producing reports for decision-making and escalation, and ensuring data integrity.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, attention to detail, and experience in facilities or estates operations.
