Nova Education Trust is embarking on an exciting period of growth within our central Operations team, and we are delighted to introduce a brand-new role: Capital Projects Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the built environment, enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders and wants to play a key part in delivering high-quality projects that make a real difference to our schools and communities.
As Capital Projects Officer, you will support the Capital Projects Lead in planning, coordinating and delivering capital projects across the trust. You’ll be involved in every stage of project delivery, from early planning and procurement through to monitoring progress, managing documentation and supporting handover.
Alongside trust-wide programmes, you will also lead your own portfolio of construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects. This includes working directly with schools to understand their needs, liaising with contractors and consultants and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a supportive and growing team committed to delivering a sustainable, safe and well-maintained estate for our pupils and staff.
