Overview
Mezcal on Hope Street is looking for a Full Tme Chargehand. We are a bustling Mexcian restuarant right in the city centre. The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years restaurant supervisory experience in a fast pace, high volume restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Oversee food preparation and service to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
- Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
- Experience working with cocktails and fast paced bartending would be ideal.
