About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to:
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead and inspire a team of Early Years professionals
Ensure outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for every child
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and compliance
Support staff development through coaching and mentoring
Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
Help drive quality improvements as we continue our exciting transition under new management

What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
Previous experience in a senior room leader, third in charge, deputy manager or management position
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and relevant childcare legislation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Drive, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards change and improvement
