Duties

- Process transactions efficiently using IT systems, ensuring accuracy and security
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service
- Support B2B sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts
- Negotiate deals with customers or clients to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably with B2B exposure
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate IT systems efficiently for processing transactions and managing customer data
- Valid UK driving license
- Well-developed organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective time management skills to meet sales goals and deadlines
