Grain Store Operative

Red Recruitment 24:7 are advertising on behalf of a well-established client for a Grain Store Operative to join their team based in Gainsborough Area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern grain storage facility, offering a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.
The Role:
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy grain storage site. This is a physically active role working both indoors and outdoors, contributing to a strong team environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of operational duties within the grain store
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
- Working effectively as part of a small team and occasionally independently
- Supporting seasonal operations, including harvest periods
- Working at heights where required

Desirable (Training Provided):
- Previous experience in agriculture or a similar environment
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical qualification or relevant training
