Job Overview
The Corporate Services Administration Officer provides day-to-day administrative support across six areas: governance and board support, internal finance, HR administration, provider contract support, CEO office support, and corporate estates. You report to the Corporate Services Manager. You do not need experience in housing however if you did have some related epxerience that would be beneficial.
Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for various departments
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
- Assist in organising company events, training sessions, and other organisational activities
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and processing paperwork
- Ensure the smooth operation of office systems and equipment
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programmes is desirable
