This is a 5-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity.
As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Florida, Ohio, Texas, or Georgia. Candidates must reside in one of these approved locations.
Salary range (USD): $61,000 – $81,000 per year.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates.
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Where possible, include member(s) of the sourcing team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the role.
- Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships. Responsible for client satisfaction within own business area.
- Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until start date.
- If relevant, provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the sourcing team, ensuring any necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring manager.
- Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting.
- Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner.
- If required conduct telephone screens and / or technical screens using standard templates ensuring that all candidates submitted on the short list to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
- If contractually required by the account, conduct competency based interviews (either by telephone or face-to-face).
- Accountable for the quality of the short list presented to the hiring manager and presenting and selling the short list to the hiring manager.
- Support the hiring manager with deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer. Close the candidate: broker the offer with the chosen candidate, manage objections and support the candidate during their notice period.
- Compliant with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors).
What you need to have to be successful:
- Strong corporate recruitment experience, covering roles from entry-level and early careers through senior and director-level positions, including hard-to-fill roles. Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proven experience working toward and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within a fast-paced, client-driven recruitment environment.
- Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience conducting candidate screening and interviews across a variety of role types and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial engagement through offer and onboarding.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct sourcing, and other recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trusted partnerships and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment guidance to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment technology, databases, ATS platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with remote and geographically distributed teams.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to recruitment activities, including non-discrimination, contractor compliance, and other applicable considerations.
