Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble building materials with accuracy and safety.
- Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete work to construct or repair structures.
- Execute carpentry duties including framing, installing fixtures, and finishing surfaces to meet project specifications.
- Assist with roofing installation, repairs, or maintenance ensuring durability and weather resistance.
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct inspections of work sites for quality control, safety hazards, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in masonry, carpentry, roofing, or related construction fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding manual tasks in various weather conditions.
