About the Role:
As a Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor, you will deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of commercial premises, ensuring excellent standards are maintained at all times. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and consistently deliver professional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- General commercial cleaning (offices, retail premises, communal areas, etc.)
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and managing recycling
- Floor care as required
- Following site-specific cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
- Reporting any maintenance concerns or supply shortages
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and well-organised
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Own transport preferred
- Legally entitled to work
- Subcontractor status (must be registered as self-employed and able to provide relevant documentation if required)
