Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations within a school we work in partnership with. This role is essential for ensuring that everyone is safe during lunchtimes, gets the food and behaviours in a reasonable manner during the school lunch hour.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the diner area
- Make sure behaviour standards and met and maintained.
Skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment..
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
