Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. In this role, you will support patients in care homes or home care settings, assisting with daily living activities and helping implement care plans. Strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and a valid driving license are desirable.
Available Shifts
- Approximately 8 hours between 8:00am and 10pm, with breaks.
- Hours may increase over time depending on availability and demand.
- We pay for travel time and offer mileage reimbursement

Duties
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Support and follow individual care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe care environment.
- Communicate client's progress with the healthcare team.
Experience
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Care management systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with patients and colleagues.
- A valid driving license is required.

Visa Sponsorship & Work Authorization
Sponsorship may be available; however, it will not be provided from your first day of employment.
There is a probationary period of up to three months, although sponsorship may be considered sooner if everything is progressing well.
