Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist to join our Thai massage wellness team. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a calming environment, helping clients achieve physical and mental balance through customised massage techniques. Training provided
Duties
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and preferences
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy massages
- Maintain a safe and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable therapies for ongoing wellness
- Ensure client comfort throughout the session and address any concerns or special requirements
- Stay updated with the latest massage therapy practices and industry standards
- Uphold professional standards of conduct and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Sports Massage Therapist ITEC or BTEC Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent listening skills in order to gauge the needs and preferences of clients
- Good verbal and communication skills to effectively inform and advise clients
- A professional and welcoming attitude, putting the needs of the client first
- A neat appearance and excellent personal hygiene at all times, especially because of their close proximity to clients
- An empathetic and sensitive nature, so that they are able to put their clients at ease and provide them with a pleasant and relaxing experience
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From £2,500.00 per month
