Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Cold Caller to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments to support our business development efforts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their career within a dynamic organisation. Fluency in English is essential. This job is office based.
Duties
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify potential sales opportunities through targeted cold calling campaigns
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on client needs and interest levels
- Schedule appointments or follow-up meetings for the sales team
- Develop and refine scripts to improve call effectiveness and engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and optimise outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on common client objections or questions to improve sales approaches
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles (not essential)
- Excellent communication skills in English essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence in reaching targets
- Organised, professional, and confident manner during calls
