Retail Sales Assistant to be working between our shops Albrighton, Codsall, Penn and / Upper Gornal
* Must have a full UK driving license * Do not apply without a driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week

Job Description
Administration :
- Taking the bank deposits, change for the till, completing the cash audit.
- Inventory and store supplies
- Overseeing receiving of items from our warehouse, and that inventory levels are kept accurate
- Doing inventory write offs on defective products
- Using scheduling software along with sales reporting to maintain effective scheduling
Shop Floor :
- Ensure the proper restocking of products on store shelves
- Overseeing the disciplined upkeep within the store, and that all duties are done with 100% quality and completed effectively in the scheduled times
- Ensure that visual marketing and merchandising of store meets established brand standards
- Daily cleaning schedule maintained
- General maintenance reported
- Safety guidelines adhered to and relevant documentation is completed
- Creates a customer service-focused environment where the best possible customer experience is a top priority
- Communications store goals, brand awareness, and company messages to team members
Required :
Experience
- Progressively, responsible retail experience (3 years )
- Customer Service experience
- Vaping Experience would be an advantage
- Experience computer skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and self motivated
- Team building skills
- Sales experience
- Goal orientated
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Able to do and maintain efficient store operations independently
- Managing in a busy/fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Good communicator / personal skills with customers and employees
- Having experience with great customer service and understanding The Ace Of Vapez customer service goal
About us.
We are a family run business established in 2013, with an aim to support and teach people about the benefits of giving up smoking. We understand that the initial switch is a challenging one which is why our friendly staff guide you through all aspects of making the switch. We currently have 13 retail stores across the West Midlands, a Trade Counter open to the public and an online store, as well as 2 warehouses and on-site laboratory facilities manufacturing our own products.
Retail Assistants play an important role in every store, supporting and working alongside the Managers to ensure the store is successful in reaching monthly targets.
Monthly pay at National Living Wage. Hours include days, 9am until 6pm Monday to Sundays, Please state availability within application, preferably 6 working days availability.
Our Retail employees will receive support to help develop and further their career and must be flexible, happy to work weekends and adhere to a high standard of customer service.
