We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Management Trainee to join our London team. This role is ideal for freshers, graduates and career starters who want hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement and team operations.
No previous event management experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating events.
- Support event preparation, schedules and materials.
- Welcome and assist attendees professionally.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and team members.
- Help coordinate event-day activities.
- Respond to attendee enquiries and requests.
- Maintain event records and administrative information.
- Support promotional and customer engagement activities.

Requirements
This is a genuine entry-level opportunity, so previous event experience is not essential.
We welcome freshers, graduates and career starters with good communication, organisation and time-management skills. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or administration is beneficial but not required.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant event management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
