We are currently recruiting full time experienced Bar Tenders to join our team at Margot!
Bar Staff main responsibilities and requirements:
- Deliver a warm, confident welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression of the venue
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, following recipes, presentation guidelines, and service specs
- Take accurate orders and engage with guests to enhance their overall experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wines, spirits, and food offerings
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and fully stocked in line with hygiene and safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail and service quality
- Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold personal presentation standards by arriving on time and in full, clean uniform
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude at all times, balancing approachability with high service standards
- Contribute positively to team culture, supporting colleagues and handling feedback constructively
- Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate, tailoring suggestions to guest preferences
- Follow all licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and venue policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in serving and hospitality roles
- Previous restaurant or bar experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest satisfaction

Pay: £12.76-£13.15 per hour
