About Fastlane
Fastlane Indoor Raceways is a fast-paced entertainment venue in Aberdeen, offering high-energy racing experiences for families, parties, corporate groups and individuals.
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven General Manager to lead the venue and help take the business to the next level.
This is more than an operations role. We want someone who can lead a team, drive sales, understand the numbers and deliver results.
The Role
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of Fastlane.
You will:
- Lead, motivate and develop the team.
- Drive sales, revenue and profitability.
- Set and achieve ambitious targets and KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales and customer spend.
- Grow corporate, party and group bookings.
- Monitor financial performance and understand the numbers.
- Deliver an outstanding, customer-centric experience.
- Manage staff, rotas, training and performance.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and operations.
- Work closely with the owners to develop and grow the business.

- Experienced in hospitality, leisure, retail, entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales, corporate bookings, events or business development would be a strong advantage.
