About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our care service, ensuring that both our service users and care staff receive the highest standard of support. From staff management to compliance, safeguarding, and assessments — your leadership will drive quality care across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of dedicated care staff
- Oversee care assessments, care planning, and service delivery
- Manage staff rotas, sickness/absence, supervision, and training
- Ensure full compliance with CQC, Health & Social Care Act, and all relevant legislation
- Maintain excellent relationships with service users, families, the Local Authority, and regulatory bodies
- Safeguard service users and ensure their needs and rights are respected
What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a senior care management role
- ✅ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership or equivalent
- ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- ✅ A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to high standards
- ✅ Someone who leads by example and inspires their team
- ✅ Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
