Transform Your Kitchen Ltd is a well-established, family-run kitchen refurbishment company with over 25 years’ experience across the North West. We have built our reputation on quality workmanship, excellent customer service and a professional, reliable approach from start to finish.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced self-employed kitchen fitters to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled fitters who take pride in their work and want consistent, well organised kitchen refurbishment projects with a respected local company.
We offer excellent rates of pay under the CIS scheme, with jobs professionally surveyed in advance by an experienced kitchen fitter. Kitchens are delivered to site on the morning of the first day of fitting, and rubbish is removed on the final day, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality finish.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking reliable, experienced and customer focused fitters with a proven track record in kitchen fitting, carpentry or refurbishment work. You must be confident working in customers’ homes and capable of delivering a clean, professional finish on high-quality kitchen refurbishments.
Key requirements
- At least 2–3 years hands-on experience in carpentry and/or kitchen fitting
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Basic plumbing skills, including replacing existing sinks and taps
- Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Well-presented, professional and reliable
- Able to work to agreed timescales and deadlines
- Willing to develop skills and build on existing experience
- Full UK driving licence essential
Experience preferred
- Carpentry: 3 years
- Kitchen fitting: 1 year or more
