About the Role
We are looking for a Production & Kitchen Assistant to join our team and support both kitchen preparation and fresh pasta production.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic kitchen or food production experience who is enthusiastic about learning new skills, developing their craft, and becoming part of a passionate and growing food business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh fillings according to established recipes
- Mix ingredients accurately while maintaining high quality standards
- Assist in the production of fresh pasta
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Support the team in maintaining an efficient and organized production environment
Requirements
- Basic experience in a kitchen or food production environment (professional or informal)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work Monday to Saturday
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
