You’ll:
- Support Site Managers and the Buying Team with a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage electronic filing systems, including key health & safety documentation
- Process site procurement requests, raising purchase orders and supporting invoice payments
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and delivery
- Organise meetings, appointments and logistics, including rooms and refreshments
- Maintain accurate, well-structured digital records and documentation
- Input and manage data within internal systems and databases
- Prepare correspondence and respond to enquiries, ensuring attention to detail
- Provide meeting support, including minute and note-taking where required

You’ll bring:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to think on your feet
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships
Why join us?
